Number masking for ride-hailing, delivery, e-commerce, and gig marketplaces routes calls through a proxy, keeps both parties' numbers private, and logs every conversation for your safety and compliance teams.

What we compare

From two-sided ride-hailing masks to full marketplace call intelligence, compare leading phone number masking services.
Buyer calls seller (or rider calls driver) through a proxy number — neither party ever sees the other's real number, before or after the transaction.
From ₹0.30/min
Get matched →User taps a call button in your app — the platform initiates both legs, connecting them via proxy without exposing either number in the UI or call metadata.
From ₹0.35/min
Get matched →All masked calls recorded for dispute resolution and compliance — recordings tied to order or trip ID, stored in India, accessible via API.
From ₹0.30/min
Get matched →Proxy numbers that expire automatically after the order window — 30, 60 or 120 minutes — so re-contact outside your platform is impossible by design.
From ₹200 per month/per number
Get matched →Real-time call events — initiated, connected, duration, disconnected — pushed to your order management system via webhook for every masked call.
Included in most plans
Get matched →Documented REST APIs, Postman collections and mobile SDKs (iOS, Android) — so your engineering team can go from sandbox to production in under a day.
Sandbox free on all plans
Get matched →What matters when choosing
Number allocation must happen in milliseconds at match time — any lag means the rider is already calling without a mask.
At peak demand, every active session needs its own proxy. Thin number pools cause allocation failures at the worst possible moment.
TRAI UCC rules, DPDP Act data residency, and call recording consent frameworks must be confirmed — not assumed — before you go live.
A masking API that drops 0.5% of allocation calls will fail thousands of connections a day at scale. SLAs and incident history both matter.
Compare pricing before choosing providers

Compare trusted providers based on volume, features, and business requirements instantly.
Why This Matters
When a rider saves a driver's number, your commission is gone on every future trip they book directly. When a buyer contacts a seller off-marketplace, your dispute resolution, ratings and safety guarantees disappear with them. Number masking removes the incentive entirely — there is simply no number to save.
We never share your platform details or call volumes with providers until you explicitly approve it. No cold calls from vendors you didn't choose.
Allocation latency, number pool depth, webhook delivery and failover behaviour are all benchmarked before any masking provider appears here.
Our service is free to buyers from first comparison to sandbox access to contract. We are paid by providers only when a deal completes.

What customers say
Common Questions
When your platform creates a session - say, a rider-driver match - your backend sends a single API request containing both real numbers. The provider allocates a virtual proxy number for that session and returns it. Both parties call or receive calls from that proxy. The provider's infrastructure bridges the two call legs in real time, so each party hears a normal phone call but neither ever sees the other's number. When the session window expires, the proxy is released back to the pool.
This is one of the most important things to test in sandbox before going to production. Good providers offer a fallback API endpoint on a separate infrastructure path, plus number pool redundancy across data centres. We check failover behaviour and allocation error rates as part of our vetting process - providers without documented failover mechanisms are not listed here.
Yes. Masked calls still traverse the PSTN and are subject to TRAI's Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) framework where applicable, as well as call recording consent requirements under Indian law. All providers listed here have documented compliance with TRAI regulations and store call data in India under the DPDP Act 2023. We confirm this during vetting — it is a hard requirement, not optional.
Session duration is configurable at the API level — most providers support windows from 15 minutes to 72 hours. For ride-hailing and food delivery, 30 to 60 minutes is typical. For home services or multi-day logistics, longer windows can be set per order type. We flag any provider with minimum session duration limits during the matching process.
All providers listed here deliver call events — initiated, connected, duration, disconnect reason — via webhook to your endpoint in real time. Recordings are available via an authenticated API endpoint within minutes of call completion, with retention periods configurable from 30 days to 7 years depending on your compliance needs. The recording URL and call SID are also included in the webhook payload so your order management system can store the link without polling.
